 Mr. Castillo, is responsible for the vision, direction, strategy and operations of the Company. Mr. Castillo has 17 years experience in the information technology business in sales, marketing,  product development, and leadership positions. Currently The IT Director for Middle Rio Grande Development Council; A Graduate of Crystal City High School; Class of '93, and Received his A.A.S Degree in Computer Information System from SWTJC.
